Pitchfork Poll: Part 2
Unlike 100% of the crooks you will vote for tomorrow, Merry Swankster delivers on promises. Pitchfork's demarcation for "Best New Music" are albums with a ranking of 8.5 or higher. But plenty of great albums just miss the cut. What follows is a selection of Pitchfork's "Recommended Music" releases.
For readers needing a sports analogy, think of it as the Pitchfork equivalent to top seeds in the NIT tournament.

Yeah, about half of those have a solid chance of making my* end of the year list.
*Not that this is a highly sought after accolade.
