Dr. Octagon was too non-square for my tastes back in the day. Since I have no desire to retry my pallet then definitely awesome Cat Power wins.

Cat Power. her best album, I think, more interesting than the current by far. Dr Octagon suffers from what's becoming a prevailing trend for the hip hop entries, a lack of consistency. Half Shark Alligator Half Man is hilarious though. And I do have a soft spot for it, but haven't pulled it off the shelf in years.

Have to say Cat Power. I guess I take sincerity of surrealism - like the streaking point guard who pulls up to allow the foul rather than take the open three, when the team is pulling ahead. Man that makes little sense.
