Video: Pelle Carlberg - "I Love You, You Imbecile"
Because Pelle Carlberg appeals to both my Swede pop sensibilities and my tendency to love and insult people at the same time, I give you the video for "I Love You, You Imbecile," off his new album In a Nutshell.
And sure, okay, the blog-o-nerds have roughed up Mr. Carlberg (formerly of Edson) for sounding quite a bit like Belle and Sebastian... But, then, Belle and Sebastian is like Easter chocolate: Precious. Sweet. Irresistable. Let's indulge until we puke a little bit.
