So you're going to Daft Punk tomorrow? Weird that it's on a Tuesday. I noticed that Vampire Weekend played in CO last week, you didn't make it to that one, did you?

I have been looking forward to the DeVotchka show forever (even if the billing's a little unexpected). Friend in NYC said their shows at Spiegeltent were great. What a great music week!

@ Jeff - Yes to D.P. No to V.W. The M.S. clan took last week off.

Just a few reminders of why the Daft Punk show is worth being pumped for: (comments regarding the Coachella show in 2006) According to Urb Magazine, “If a single performance stands above all others in 2006, it was Daft Punk’s Coachella closing set.” Pitchfork calls the show “mindblowing.” The Sun writes, “The visual components of the show were nothing less than stunning.” The Miami New Times calls it “an interactive whoosh of orbiting planet models, illuminated pyramids, video screens, and a corps of space-suited Robots"
Best show I had ever seen. Add in The Rapture and well...I just lose myself in happyland.

I may have said a thing or two about Daft Punk before too...
